Ingredients
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Ajwain 1 Teaspoons
  • Egg (boiled) 3 Numbers
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Chickpea Flour (besan) 100 Grams
  • Cooking Soda ¼ Teaspoons
  • Oil For Deep Fry 3 Cup
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add chickpea flour add chilly powder, ajwain, salt, ginger garlic paste, cooking soda, mix all of together, add oil, make a thick batter by adding a little water.
  2. Dip each egg in the batter and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.
