Oats are good for health. Oats bhajia's are tasty and different.
  • 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • ¼ cup beaten rice (poha)
  • ½ cup curds (dahi)
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander (dhania) powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • water if required.
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • For The Batter
  • 1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  1. Add all the above ingredients and and mix well.
  2. Add required water and make small balls out of it and keep aside.
  3. Then make smooth batter using batter ingredients.
  4. Take a kadhai and heat sufficient oil.
  5. Then dip each ball into the batter and fry till golden brown in colour and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
