Strawberry and Oats Pudding

Tastes good and a healthy breakfast.
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- ¼ cup strawberry pulp
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2½ cups milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
- Lightly roast the oats for 4-5 minutes and keep aside.
- Take a deep pan and heat the milk, when milk becomes hot add all the other ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
