  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ cup Rice flour
  • ¼ cup cabbage grated
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 potato
  • 4 green chillies
  • ½ tsp. ginger grated
  • 5 tbsp. oil
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  1. Wash and chop or grate all the vegetables finely and Put it in a bowl.
  2. Then add the flours,and add 2 tbsp oil, salt and knead to a very stiff dough.
  3. Divide into parts. Roll into round Parathas.
  4. fry on a hot tawa on both sides on a medium flame,till golden brown.By using the Little oil.
  5. Serve hot or cold with chutney
  6. It is handy for lunch box.
