  • rice-2 cups
  • oil-2tbs
  • carrots-2 nos
  • cabbage-1cup
  • spring onions-2 stalks
  • ginger-1/4 inch
  • garlic-4 flakes
  • green chillies
  • red capsicum-1no
  • white pepper-1/2tsp
  • (optional)Ajinomoto-a pinch
  • Soy sauce-1 tbsp
  • vinegar-1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  1. Wash and cook the rice.Allow it to cool.slice all the veges to thin long pieces.
  2. In a frying pan heat the oil and add the thinly chopped ginger and garlic.now add the green chillies,curry leaves,spring onions,carrots and shredded cabbage.Give a stir and add the soy sauce and vinegar.stir fry for 2-3 mins.Finally add the salt and pepper.Now mix it with rice thoroughly.
  3. Chinese fries rice is all ready for serving.Delicious,Simple and quick!
