  • Eggs - 2
  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Onion pieces – ½ cup Beans pieces – ½ cup Carrot pieces – ½ cup Green chillies- 4 chopped
  • Red chilli powder – ½ spoons Masala powder – ½ spoons Curry leaves-2 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 4 spoons
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Jilakarra (Cumin seeds) - 1 tea spoon
  1. Soak the rice for ½ an hour and cook the rice without sticking, keep it aside.
  2. Take pan pour oil and heat it. Add Cumin seeds and Curry leaves to fry.
  3. Now add Green chillies, Onion pieces, Beans pieces, Carrot pieces and fry them till they become smooth.
  4. Now mix cooked rice along with Red chilli powder, Masala powder and salt. Mix them evenly on low flame.
  5. Beat the eggs and mix them in rice. Fry well till the egg yolk gets cook completely.
  6. Take the recipe into serving bowl and garnish with coriander.
  7. Delicious Egg Fried Rice is ready to taste enjoy this with sauce.
