Potato & Spinach curry, popularly known as Aloo Palak is a classic Punjabi dish prepared with potatoes and spinach.
- Garam Masala ½ Teaspoons
- Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
- Potatoes 250 Grams
- Spinach Chopped 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
- Green Chilly 3 Numbers
- Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
- Lime Juice 1 Numbers
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt, turmeric, green chilly, ginger garlic paste,
- cook this till raw flavor is gone, add chopped spinach, cook this well and add coriander powder,
- red chilly powder, garam masala powder, add potatoes (boiled and cut them in to small pieces) toss it and switch off the flame
- and squeeze the lime juice. Serve this with roti, naan, phulkas and rice.
