Mango/ kairee (green mango) rice is a classic dish made of fluffy rice, freshly grated raw mango and spices to give a nice tangy and flavorful rice preparation rice cooked with fresh raw mango
Ingredients
  • Chopped Ginger Optional
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Mustard 1 Pinch
  • Cumin 1 Pinch
  • Salt 1 To Taste
  • Red Chilli Whole 3 Piece
  • Oil 4 Teaspoons
  • Channa Dal 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chillies 6 Numbers
  • Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
  • Cashewnuts Nuts 50 Gallons
  • Urad Dhal 1 Teaspoons
  • Grated Raw Mango 1 Numbers
  • Fresh Cooked Rice 4 Cup
Instructions
  1. heat pan , add oil ,add red chilli whole , mustard seeds and cumin and crackleadd channa dal.urad dal,broken cashewnuts, and saute add hing ,gr chillies,curry leaves add chopped ginger optional, turmeric and add grated mango cook till mango is tender add boiled rice and mix well serve hot
  2. this is a festive rice and cooked in summer in India ( during mango season)
