Ingredients
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Garlic Crushed 6 Clove
  • Chanadaal ½ Teaspoons
  • Fenugreek Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Red Chilly 6 Numbers
  • Cumin Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Mustard Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Baby Onions 500 Grams
  • Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Tamarind Juice ½ Cup
  • Tomato Paste 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splatter, add cumin seeds, red chilly, fenugreek seeds, chana daal, once chana daal is change the colour, add garlic, curry leaves, turmeric and baby onions, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tamarind juice, tomato paste, mix it and put the lid on and let it cook for 30 minutes in a slow flame, then serve this with rice.
