Ingredients
  • Ginger - 3 oz
  • Black Pepper Powder 2 Tablespoons
  • Bitterguard Pieces ½ oz
  • Dry Ginger Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Crystal Sugar(Kalkandam 50 Grams
  • Honey - 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. )Take 300 ml of water.
  2. )Put all the ingredients into it except honey.
  3. )Boil until the quantity reduced to half.
  4. )Filter and add honey to the filtrate and take in the early morning, preferably after exercise
