Healthy Mushroom Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
  • Egg 3 Numbers
  • Milk ¼ Cup
  • Salt . To Taste
  • Mushroom (Chopped) 1 Cup
  • Onion (Chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Spring Onions 2 Teaspoons
  • Pepper Powder ¼ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add eggs and by adding milk whisk well.
  2. Add salt, mushroom, onion, spring onions, pepper powder, mix well and cook the mixture in oven for 2 minutes.
  3. After 2 minutes once mix the scrambled egg and put back in oven for another 3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with any toast.
