- ½ of a medium sized papaya
- 2 large alphonso mangoes or any sweet variety of mango
- 2 medium sized bananas
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
- peel and chop the fruits
- liquidize or blend all in a blender.
- pour in glasses and serve mango banana papaya smoothie immediately.
- add ice cubes if required.
