Ingredients
  • Split Chick Peas 1 Cup
  • Onion ½ Numbers
  • Mint Leaves ¼ Bunch
  • Coriander Leaves ¼ Bunch
  • Salt To Taste
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Dry Red Chillies 4-5 Numbers
  • Ginger 2 inch Piece
  • Fennal (optional) ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Soak Chick peas along with dry red chilies and ginger for half an hour. Drain and grind coarsely with very little water. To this ground mixture add chopped onions, mint, coriander leaves, salt and hing. Mix well and deep fry in oil at medium high flame until golden brown. Serve hot with coconut chutney and tea or coffee.
