it is generally we use to make with left over rice
Ingredients
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ¼ Tablespoons
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander Leaves ¼ Cup
  • Red Chilli Powder ¼ Tablespoons
  • Salt 1 Tablespoons
  • Lemons 1 Big
  • Mustard Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Shaw Jeera ¼ Teaspoons
  • Red Chilli 2
  • Green Chilli(splitted) 4
  • Onions (finely Chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Rice(90%cooked) 2 Cup
  • Fenugreek Seeds 10 Numbers
  • Curry Leaves 1 Bunch
  • Termaric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Mix Of Garam Masala And Coriander Poder ½ Tablespoons
  • Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
Instructions
  1. ) Take a normal pan , after getting hot add oil , mustard seeds , shaw jeera, fenugreek seeds , red chilli and onions orederly . add ginger garlic paste let it fry until it comes as brown.
  2. ) Now add red chilli , red chilli powder ,termaric powder , curry leaves , one by one mix it real good
  3. ) Add half of the salt then add rice mix well sprinkle rest ingredientsfry it for 5 mins, add ur lemon juice on it .
  4. ) Serve it with any soup or raitha or any curry .....
