- Potato 250 Grams
- Cauliflower Florets 250 Grams
- Green Peas ½ Cup
- Green Chilly 2 Numbers
- Salt To Taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
- Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
- Cumin Powder ½ Teaspoons
- Coriander Powder ½ Teaspoons
- Whole Garam Masala (all) 2 Numbers
- Kasoori Methi 2 Teaspoons
- Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Fried Onions ½ Cup
- Ghee 2 Tablespoons
- Shahi Jeera 1 Teaspoons
- Onions 1 Numbers
- Mint Chopped 1 Bunch
- Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
- Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, Shahi jeera, onions, sauté onions for 1 minute, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt , chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time, add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it in a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions, put the lid on. and switch off the flame. Serve this hot with raita.
