The salmon cutlet is a wonderful dish. Salmon cutlet tastes salty. It is prepared by grilling. Though salmon cutlet originally belongs to the Canadian cuisine, today it’s a part of the global taste. Cooking salmon cutlet is very easy.
- 250 g Salmon Fillets
- 4 large Potatoes (boiled)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- ¼ cup boiled Peas
- 3 Onions
- 1 tsp Pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- ¼ tsp Meat Masala
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- A pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Oil (more for frying)
- Marinate fish fillets with ½ tsp chilly powder, salt, turmeric, and pepper for 1 hour.
- Chop onions into small pieces. Mash boiled potatoes with peas.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Mix in chilly powder, pepper, meat masala, salt, mashed potatoes, peas, carrot, and fish. Mash into a paste and cook until the fish turns tender.
- Form the mixture into round cutlets and flatten them.
- Immerse the cutlets into eggs and roll in the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets on both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
