Sesame seed chutney is an another speciality of Hyderabad and goes very well with south Indian tiffin items
- Urad Daal ½ Teaspoons
- Mustard Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Tamarind Juice ¼ Cup
- Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
- Coconut Pieces 100 Grams
- Chilly Flakes 1 Tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds 1 Cup
- Garlic 4 Clove
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Hing 1 Pinch
- Curry Leaves 2 Springs
- Sugar 1 Pinch
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic, sesame seeds, chilly flakes, coconut pieces, cumin seeds, cook it in a slow flame for 3 minutes,
- add tamarind juice, salt, switch off the flame let it cool down and put it into the blender and make a paste.
- For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splatter, cumin seeds, Urad daal, hing, curry leaves, switch off the flame, and pour the sesame seeds paste into the bowl
- add pinch of sugar mix it and before serving add tempering.
