Baby Corn Sesame Stir Fry – Batter coated baby corns crispy fried and later stir fried with some Chinese sauces and spices.
- Soya Sauce 1 Teaspoons
- Tomato Ketchup 1 Teaspoons
- Chilly Flakes 1 Teaspoons
- Garlic Chopped 1 Teaspoons
- Oil For Deep Fry
- Sesame Seeds 1 Tablespoons
- Salt To Taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
- Corn Starch 1 Teaspoons
- All Purpose Flour 1 Tablespoons
- Baby Corn 250 Grams
- Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
- Sugar ½ Teaspoons
- Spring Onions 1 Tablespoons
- Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn starch, ginger garlic paste, salt, water, mix this like a thick batter, in this add baby corns, sesame seeds, mix it well, half fry the baby corns in the medium hot oil and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic chopped, sauté it add chilly flakes, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, add the baby corns (double fried),
- toss it and add spring onions, mix it well.
