Lamb Trimming Fry
- Curry powder 1 Teaspoons
- Chilly powder 2 Teaspoons
- Green chilly 5 Numbers
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Lamb Trimming & offal 500 Grams
- Pepper crushed ½ Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Garlic crushed 4 Numbers
- Cook the lamb trimmings in the water. Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, pieces of trimming, chilly powder, curry powder, crushed pepper, salt, cook it and add crush garlic, mint, coriander and toss it. Serve this with cooked rice.
