- Chicken 500 Grams
- Almonds 4-5 Numbers
- Melon seeds ¼ Cup
- Poppy seeds ¼ Cup
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Brown onions ½ Cup
- Whole Garam Masala (each) 3 Piece
- Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
- Tomato puree ¼ Cup
- Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
- Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons
- Turmeric powder ½ Teaspoons
- Chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
- curd (beaten) 1 Cup
- Pistachio (chopped) 3-4 Teaspoons
- Mint leaves(chopped) 2 Tablespoons
- Garam masala powder ½ Teaspoons

- Chilli flakes 1 Teaspoons
- In a big frying pan heat oil, add garam masala,mustard ,cumin then fry the onions until they turn golden brown.
