One more simple and colourfull curry that can be taken chapathi’s or rice
- Sweet Corn:1/2 cup
- Tomatoes:1 cup
- Onions:1 cup
- Green chillies:4
- Curry leaves:2 stems
- Coriander eaves:2 stems
- Ginger& Garlic paste:2 spoons
- Boiled green peas:1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds:1/4 spoon
- Cumin seeds:1/4 spoon
- Black gram:1/4 spoon
- Salt: As required
- Red Chilli Powder: As required
- Oil: As required
- Switch on the stove,take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil
- Add one spoon of mustard seeds,cumin seeds,black gram etc along with curry leaves
- Add chopped onions,green chillies,1 cup of sweet corn and mix it well
- Now add ½ cup of boiled green peas and sufficient salt and mix it well
- Add 1 cup of tomatoes,1 spoon garam masala,1 spoon ginger&garlic paste and mix it well
- Add sufficient red chilli powder and let it cook for about 2 minutes over a lid on it
- Switch off the stove and serve hot with coriander leaves garnished
