CHICKEN TARIWALA RECIPE
- Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons
- turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Tomato 2 Numbers
- Coriander 1 Bunch
- Chilly powder 2 Tablespoons
- Oil 3 Tablespoons
- Chicken 500 Grams
- Cumin powder 1 Tablespoons
- Yogurt 1½ Cup
- Onion paste 1 Cup
- Garam masala 2 Tablespoons
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, and turmeric till this cook lightly golden colour,
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, add beaten yogurt and mix it up, add coriander steam, and add chicken, salt, water, cook for 20 minutes on a slow flame,
- Add garam masala, tomatoes and let it cook for further 5 minutes, and switched off the flame. Serve this hot with rice, chapattis.
