A different snack recipe made from Prawns..very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
  • Refined oil 100 ml
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri chili 2
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Fennel ½ tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander small bunch
  • Prawn 3
  • Egg 3
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Little water 100-200 ml
  • Cheese 50gm
  • Bread 4 slice
Instructions
  1. In a pan, sauté refined oil, butter, chopped Kashmiri chili, cumin and fennel. Add Chopped onion and tomato, fresh coriander and salt. Mix them together and keep it in the side of the pan.Add chopped prawns into it along with butter and salt for taste. Sauté them all together and transfer them into a plate.
  2. In a bowl, break open three eggs and add salt, black pepper and red chili powder into it.Add little water for fluffiness in the egg mixture.
  3. In a pan, add little butter for omelet and mix the egg mixture simultaneously.As the pan heats up add in the egg mixture. Add little salt for taste and grate some cheese over the omelet.
  4. Fold over the omelet and cover them for a while.Serve it with bread.
