Banana Yoghurt Shake

A fruity variation of the traditional lassi.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup curds (dahi)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ripe banana ,mashed
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • a pinch of grated nutmeg (jaiphal)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidizer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use chilled curds and milk for this recipe.
