Capsicum Besan- Dry Or Gravy Curry |

This is gravy is gujarati style.
- 4 capsicums, chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander (dhania)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
- 1 cup curds (dahi)
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- seasoning:
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
- ¼ tsp sesame seeds (til)
- 2 pinches asafoetida (hing)
- 2 sprigs curry leaves (kadi patta)
- Heat oil in a kadai add all the masala ingredients one by one until its done.
- Add to it the chopped capsicum with turmeric and salt and cover and cook on a low heat until the capsicum becomes soft. sprinkle gram flour mix and cook for some time.
- Beat the curds add to the above dry curry, simmer once and remove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve either with rice or chapathis.
