Make fruity cream cheese rolls and slice them crossways for a fun twist on sushi.
- 1 piece Mountain Bread
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ⅓ cup sultanas
- Spread 1 piece of Mountain Bread evenly with ⅓ cup cream cheese, then sprinkle over ⅓ cup sultanas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into sushi-sized pieces.
