- 100 gm moong dal
- 200 gm chopped tomatoes
- 3 green chillies
- ½ kg cooked spinach paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 4 dried red chillies
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 diced onions
- 4 tbsp cooked corn kernels
- salt to taste
- Boil moong dal along with tomatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chillies and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked dal with the spices and bring to a boil. Stir in spinach and season well. Finally add cooked corn kernels.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
