Ingredients
  • 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
  • ½ Cup Pinto Beans
  • 1 cup Onion(finely Chopped)
  • 1 packet Tofu
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp grated Ginger
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning:-
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions
  1. Cut tofu into medium size cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan & season cumin seeds. Add Chopped onion, garlic and ginger, saute for a while.
  3. When onion becomes transparent add spinach, chilly and pinto beans to it and saute for a while. Let it cool for a while.
  4. Grind them till coarse paste. Pour the paste into the pan and add water to it.
  5. Now add the tofu pieces and allow it to cook.
  6. When the soup starts thicken,remove it from the heat.
  7. Serve hot.
