To steam the vegetables. put all the vegetables in the sieve. and steam them.
- ¼ cup green peas
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ¼ cup grated cabbage
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp finely powdered peanuts
- 6 slices of bread
- First wash all vegetables.
- Steam them in pressure cooker. (don't add water in the vegetables)
- Smash them with the hand.
- Make it cool.
- Add all above ingredients.
- Mix them well.
- Put it in between two slices of bread and eat.
