A medley of colourful veggies with a zesty apple-lemon juice-oregano dressing.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red capsicum
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced yellow capsicum
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green capsicum
  • To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
  • 1 medium sized apple , grated with the skin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped raisins (kismis)
  • ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing to it and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately.
