Ingredients
  • bread of choice (I prefer sourdough)
  • fresh bean sprouts
  • sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • sliced tomatoes
  • iceberg lettuce
  • mayonnaise and/or prepared mustard
Instructions
  1. Spread mayo and/or mustard on both halves of bread.
  2. Layer sprouts, cheese, avocado, lettuce and tomato.
  3. Remove the crust and cut in to 4 triangles and serve.
