Apple Punch ( Baby and Toddler Recipe)

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. But this is one fruit babies have trouble digesting in its raw from till they are 6 months old. So, apple punch is a wonderful way of introducing apples to your baby's diet. As your little one grows older, apples can be stewed in lesser water to make a puree and served.
- ½ cup peeled and grated apples
- 1 to 2 tsp jaggery (gur) , (optional)
- Boil ¾ cup of water in a pan. Add it to the appels and jaggery and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Strain it to obtain the punch. Serve lukewarm.
