Start the day off with a delicious banana and berry smoothie, full of healthy ingredients.
  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgerm
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  1. Step 1:
  2. Place banana, berries, wheatgerm, milk, yoghurt and honey in a blender.
  3. Step 2:
  4. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. Serve.
