Banana Yoghurt Shake

A fruity variation of the traditional lassi.
- 1 cup curds (dahi)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe banana ,mashed
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- a pinch of grated nutmeg (jaiphal)
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidizer till smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
Use chilled curds and milk for this recipe.
