  • Dosakaya chopped – 2 cups
  • Chicken pieces – ½ kg
  • Onions chopped – 1 cup
  • Red chilies grind powder - 4 spoons
  • Coconut powder – 1 spoon
  • Ginger and garlic paste: ½ spoons
  • Garamasala- ½ spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds powder- 1 tea spoon
  1. Heat a pan by adding oil into it, add chopped onions and fry them.
  2. Now add Ginger and garlic paste and add Dosakaya pieces into it.
  3. Mix Red chilies grind powder, Garamasala and Salt into it and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add water into it and boil, add chicken pieces unto it, cook by closing with lid.
  5. When Chicken pieces get cooked, add Coconut powder and Coriander seeds powder, mix well and cook in low flame.
  6. Dosakaya Chicken curry is ready to taste now.
