  • Chicken-1/4 kg
  • Crushed Small Onion-3
  • Garlic-3 (crushed)
  • Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  • Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Water-1 cup
  • Gingerly Oil-1 tsp
  1. Heat oil in sauce pan and add cumin seeds, crushed onions, garlic and turmeric powder.
  2. Add the chicken and pour water after 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the pepper powder and salt in it.
  4. Bring this to boil once. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot this delicious chicken soup.
