Jhatpat to make and chatpata to taste.
- For the garnish
- chopped coriander (dhania)
- 5 to 6 Papadis , crushed
- 2 cups mixed sprouts ,boiled
- ¼ cup sweet corn (makai ke dane), cooked
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 recipe Sweet Chutney
- salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Garnish with sev, coriander leaves and crushed papdi.
