veggi bun chow is a popular South African fast food dish, It is very easy and quick to prepare the veggi bun chop, It is consisting of a hollowed out loaf of bread filled with a spicy and appetizing curry.
Ingredients
  • Bun 1 Numbers
  • Oil ½ Teaspoons
  • Onion ¼ Cup
  • Salt 1 0
  • Turmeric powder ¼ Teaspoons
  • Tomatoes ½ Cup
  • Cumin powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Chilli powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Garam masala ¼ Teaspoons
  • Carrots ½ Cup
  • Potatoes ¼ Cup
  • Green peas ¼ Cup
  • Cauliflower florets 4-5 Numbers
  • Beans ¼ Cup
  • Nut paste 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander ¼ Bunch
  • Sprouts 1 Cup
  • lime juice 1 Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Take a bun and hollow out the center reserve the top . 2. In a hot pan add oil, chopped onions, salt and saute them. 3. To that add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and by adding some water cook for a minute. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala and fry them for few minutes. 5. Now add some more water, chopped carrot, chopped potatoes, green peas, cauliflower florets, chopped beans, nuts paste and cook for 5-6 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. 6. Add sprouts and cook for another 1 minute. 7. Finally add chopped coriander and lime juice mix well. 8. Put this mixture in the middle of the bun and serve hot as is .
