Homemade Fig Dressing
Recipe type: Tips
- 8 figs (stems removed but skins on)
- 1 medium orange (quartered, skins on but seeds)
- ⅛ cup honey
- ½ cup balsamic
- pepper to taste
- Blitz the first four ingredients together in the food processor until smooth. With the motor running drizzle in walnut oil. Season with course cracked pepper to taste (try ½ tsp first).
- Serve over crunchy greens or as a sandwich spread.
