Recipe type: Curries
You can prepare the green chutney in advance and when guest arrive u can prepare the dish in hurry.
- ½ cup sprouts
- ½ cup boiled potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 1tbsp chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp casicum cut into small pieces
- 2-3 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1tbsp paneer grated
- Mix and serve and garnish with pomegranate seeds on top and grated paneer.
