Tomatoes and Spring Onions curry is a very simple and fast to cook dish. The dish is spicy and tastes great with roti, chappati or rice. Generally this curry is considered to be a poor man’s dish. You would find a lot of people cooking this dish when the tomatoes are sold real cheap and spring onions in abundance. Spring onions give a unique flavour and enhance the taste of the dish.
  • Curry Leaves 1 Springs
  • Turmuric pinch
  • Garamasala pinch Pinch
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring Onions 2 Bunch
  • Tomatoes 3 Numbers
  • Onion Chopped 1 Cup
  • Urad Dal ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds pinch
  • Murstard Oil 1 Tablespoons
  1. Take a pan add murstard oil, cumin seeds, urad dal, onions, salt mix well now add turmuric, curry leaves, tomatoes,
  2. red chilli pwd, salt mix well now add spring onions chopped mix well and cover it up with lid
  3. and cook for 10mins once it done add garamasala mix well and serve with roti
