- Dosakaya – 3
- Oil- 1 glass
- Red chilly powder – ½ cup
- Mustard seeds - ½ cup
- Salt for taste
- Fry the Mustard seeds in a pan till it flavors yummy, cool them and make a smooth powder.
- In a bowl mix the Mustard seeds powder, Red chilli powder and salt.
- Now taste the cucumber and seeds (they should not be hour) and cut them into small pieces.
- Now pour oil and mix this with dosakaya pieces, Mix these pieces with mixture of Mustard seeds powder, Red chilli powder and salt.
- Add the remaining oil to the recipe, taste Dosakaya Avakaya Pachadi after 4 hours.
