upma is very common break fast in south india but its an innovation of making upma with bread its taste really good an many kids they wont eat bread directlly so it is good alternative for them.
Ingredients
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Chilly Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Ginger Garlic Chopped 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Potato 4 Numbers
  • Egg 2 Numbers
  • Mushrooms 6 Numbers
  • Tomato Chopped 4 Numbers
  • Coriander 2 Bunch
  • Bread Coarse Crumbs 1 Cup
Instructions
  1. Heat white butter in a pan add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chopped, raw potatoes (cut in to small pieces), salt, turmeric, chilly powder,
  2. add chopped onions, let it cook for 2 minutes, add green chilly, mushrooms, eggs, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, bread powder, sprinkle water, mix it well, put the lid on cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
