This dish is sheer genius 'FOODIFIED' .. lol. If you've got any fresh minced meat - chicken, turkey,etc.. just marinate it and either fry/bake the cutlets or just grill/ bbq them on skewers. Fast & Fantastic!
- ½kg minced meat
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ¼ cup chopped mint/parsley
- 1 onion - minced
- ¼ tsp pepper pwd
- ¼ tsp chili pwd
- ¼ tsp turmeric pwd
- ¼ tsp cumin pwd
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- juice of a lime
- salt to taste
- Marinade all the ingredients together for 10 mins minimum.
- Press them firmly into cutlets or onto skewers & either fry on both sides w/o oil on a non-stick pan or bake/grill/bbq them cooking evenly on both sides till done!
