Ingredients
  • Green Chillies 2 Numbers
  • Ginger ½ inch Piece
  • Garlic Colves Thinly Sliced 4 Clove
  • Rice 1 Cup
  • Moong Dal (yellow One) 1 Cup
  • Black Pepper 10 Numbers
  • Water 5 Cup
  • Onion 1 Numbers
Instructions
  1. wash rice moong dal and soak in pressure cooker for 15 mins (soaking optional) switch on the stove and let it boil chop onions ,ginger, garlic, green chillies crush the black pepper in din chik din chik add the chopped ingredients to the rice and dal mixture and allow 8 to 10 whistles if you wish you can garnish with herbs or add seasoning
