Indian Kebab pattie vermicelli coated made with boiled lentils (lobia/ cow peas), boiled peas, boiled potatoes, spiced with chilli and other spices coated with vermicelli and deep until golden colour.
Ingredients
  • Garam Masala ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
  • Onion Chopped ½ Cup
  • Green Chilly Chopped 4 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil For Deep Fry
  • Boiled Grated Potatoes 1 Cup
  • Boiled Green Peas ½ Cup
  • Lobia (cow Pea) Boiled 1 Cup
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • All Purpose Flour 2 Tablespoons
  • Vermicelli To Coat 100 Grams
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add cow pea, green peas, boiled grated potato, chopped onions, chopped green chilly, onions, chopped coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, chilly powder, salt, mashes them all.
