This Lassi is a blend of yogurt, khoya and dry fruits which is a popular and traditional sweet drink.
Ingredients
  • Khoya 2 Tablespoons
  • Curd 1 Cup
  • Cashewnuts 9-10 Numbers
  • Almonds 9-10 Numbers
  • Chironji 1 Numbers
  • sugar 2 Tablespoons
  • salt 1 Pinch
  • ice 1-2 Piece
Instructions
  1. Dry roast cashew nuts, almonds and chironji on slow flame. Switch off the flame and once they are cool,make It like a powder by adding sugar, salt and khoya. Now add curd and blend it again. Take it in a glass serve chilled with ice and khoya on it.
