Idli Manchurian is an Indo Chinese food recipe. This healthy recipe is very easy & quick to prepare.
Ingredients
  • Soya sauce 1 Teaspoons
  • Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
  • MSG 1 Pinch
  • Chilli paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Tomato ketchup 1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic (chopped) ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger ½ Teaspoons
  • Green chilli 2 Numbers
  • Onions (chopped) 1 Numbers
  • Capsicum 1 Numbers
  • Pepper powder ¼ Teaspoons
  • Spring onions ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander (chopped) ½ Bunch
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add Soya sauce, vinegar, MSG, chilli paste, tomato ketchup and add some water mix it well. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, capsicum, saute it for a minute. 3. Add prepared sauce and some water mix it well cook it for 2-3 minute in a slow flame. 4. Add white pepper powder, idly cubes, mix it well. 5. Finally add chopped spring onions, coriander again mix it well. 6. Serve hot.
