Fried Makhana or foxnuts are very good crispy snacks which go excellent during snack time with tea and other snacks.
- Ghee 2 Teaspoons
- Cashewnuts ¼ Cup
- Makhana 1 Cup
- Curry leaves powder 1 Teaspoons
- Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
- Salt 1 0
- Take ghee in a hot pan and when it melts add cashew nuts and makhana.
- Stir it continuously till it gets golden color.
- Add dry curry leaves powder, red chilly powder and salt.
- Mix it thoroughly and transfer in a plate.
