It is an Telangana classical sweet dish, combination of chapati and Jaggery turns in to a wonderful laddu.
Ingredients
  • Chapati pieces 1 Cup
  • Cashew nuts 10 Grams
  • Pistachio 10 Grams
  • Badam 10 Grams
  • Fennel powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Cardamom powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Dates (chopped) 6 Numbers
  • Jaggery 1 Cup
  • Ghee 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Knead the dough just like chapati, keep it a side for a 15 minutes, then divide the portions and roll it with the help of rolling pin. Cook the chapati by adding ghee on both sides. Now grind these chapatis in a blender to make a coarse powder. Take a mixing bowl add blended chapati mixture and add nuts powder (cashew nuts, pistachio, badam) chopped dates, fennel powder, cardamom powder, grated jaggery, ghee mix it well and make laddus.
